Who is responsible
I am the coach behind Sweatsmilerepeat. I read the inbox at [email protected] and I answer the phone on +65 6252 7319. If you have a question about this policy, use that address. I do not pass the question to a third-party privacy desk, because there is not one.
What the enquiry form collects
The form on the contact page asks for your name, e-mail address, an optional phone number, a preferred format, a message, and your agreement that I may use those details to reply. A hidden time stamp is included so I can reject messages sent in under three seconds, which is a simple check for automated posts. An unused “website” field sits off-screen for the same reason.
The form does not store those details on this server. There is no database and no file log of enquiries. When a message is valid, you are sent to a thank-you page. I read what you typed in the session I use to reply. If something fails validation, you are sent back to the form with an error code in the address bar. Nothing is kept from a failed attempt.
Why I ask for those fields
Name and e-mail are so I can reply to the right person. Phone is optional and only useful if you would rather I call. Preferred format helps me answer with a studio slot, a group time, or an online block instead of a generic paragraph. The message is so I know how you train now and what you want. The consent box is so I have a clear yes before I use the address you typed.
How long I keep a conversation
I keep e-mail correspondence for as long as we are arranging or running a block, and for a short period afterwards so I can answer a follow-up without asking you to repeat yourself. When a conversation is finished and you ask me to delete it, I delete the thread from the inbox I use to reply. Because the website itself does not store the form, there is nothing to erase on the server beyond what a host keeps in ordinary access logs.
What I do not do with your details
I do not sell names or addresses. I do not pass them to advertisers. I do not use a marketing list. I do not run analytics on this site. I do not share your message with another coach, an assistant, or a platform that would write to you on my behalf. If I ever needed a specialist — for example, to point you towards a dietitian — I would ask you first and I would not forward your original message without that yes.
Cookies and local storage
The only cookie this site sets on purpose is ssr_consent, which remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice. It lasts 180 days. The same choice is also stored in the browser’s local storage under the same name so the banner can hide on the next visit. There is a separate page on cookies with the full detail. Browser logs on the host may include an IP address and a page request; I do not use those for profiling.
How to ask for deletion or a copy
Write to [email protected] from the address you used, and say whether you want the thread deleted or a copy of what I hold. I will reply within one working day. If you also booked sessions, I may still need a name and a time in the diary for the hours we already agreed; I will tell you what has to stay until those hours are finished or moved.
Children
This site and the coaching I offer are aimed at adults. I do not knowingly collect details from children through the form. If you believe a child has sent a message, write to me and I will delete it.
Changes
If I change this policy I will update this page. The year on the site is 2026. Questions go to the same address as everything else: [email protected].
